Attorney Fees
Many people are reluctant to talk to a bankruptcy attorney because they are afraid of exorbitant attorneys’ fees. Clearly a person who is considering a bankruptcy filing does not have the money to pay an outrageous sum of money to a law firm.
At McBride & Collier we strive to make filing for bankruptcy affordable to the people who need it most. That is why we offer reasonable and flexible payment options to clients who qualify. This is something a lawyer will discuss with you at your free initial consultation. Even if your payment record is spotty, we will work with you to create a payment structure to suit your particular needs.
Qualified clients may pay an up-front cost of as low as $210.00 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing, or $245.00 for a Chapter 13 filing. Those who do not qualify for the up-front cost or those clients who are unable to manage the up-front cost will pay their fee via the monthly payments made by their court-appointed bankruptcy Trustee. You do not pay McBride & Collier directly. For more information about our fees, please contact our office to speak with an attorney.
McBride & Collier offers affordable bankruptcy assistance to clients throughout the state of Louisiana, including the cities of Alexandria, Shreveport, Monroe, Bossier City, Pineville, Mansfield, Ruston, and Natchitoches. Call us to find out how we can help you.
